2. Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through trusted courier partners.

Shipping options and fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the customer’s location:

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

Provincial areas: 3–7 business days

Express or same-day delivery may be available for select locations at an extra cost.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise specified in promotions or free shipping offers.

Any additional charges due to remote areas, failed deliveries, or returned packages may be billed to the customer.
4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Moksha Pets by Shaira is not liable for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Tracking Orders

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their delivery.

Tracking updates are subject to the courier service’s schedule.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, do not use the product and report it within 3 days of delivery with photos.

For lost packages, we will investigate with the courier. Resolution may include replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the Philippines.

International shipping requests may be considered in special cases and are subject to customs fees, taxes, and additional shipping charges.
