Moksha Pets by Shaira — Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking details (if applicable) via email or SMS.


2. Shipping Methods

  • We offer shipping through trusted courier partners.

  • Shipping options and fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the customer’s location:

    • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

    • Provincial areas: 3–7 business days

  • Express or same-day delivery may be available for select locations at an extra cost.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise specified in promotions or free shipping offers.

  • Any additional charges due to remote areas, failed deliveries, or returned packages may be billed to the customer.


4. Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Moksha Pets by Shaira is not liable for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


5. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their delivery.

  • Tracking updates are subject to the courier service’s schedule.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, do not use the product and report it within 3 days of delivery with photos.

  • For lost packages, we will investigate with the courier. Resolution may include replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within the Philippines.

  • International shipping requests may be considered in special cases and are subject to customs fees, taxes, and additional shipping charges.
